Overview
FAMate is a automation standard in compliance with SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment and Material International) solution for equipment automation for the semiconductor, FPD, battery and other factories using equipment and PLC protocol.

Equipment automation solution collects various and large-capacity data necessary for the implementation of the equipment engineering system (EES, Equipment Engineering System) and minimizes additional coding. Our FAMate solution provides a new designed concept and technology especially by separating device host logic in data form, translating XML text data and executing business logic.
